Payment without delivery

Have I been ****** ? I ordered off the app just now and after I had confirmed the delivery address, payment was immediately reserved . I checked on the app and there is no history or evidence of my order what so ever. Tried their helpline ***) just for an automated message to say that there is a technical difficulty and to hold for a person to assist me. Holding was never an option since as soon as the recorded voice ends its dialogue it automatically hung up on me. I tried phoning several times to no avail. There is also an option to log a querie which doesn't work which means there is no way to get in touch with someone to seek help. I am not happy and I want my money back.
