Payment made without delivery of goods.

I've placed an order with checkers sixty60 today; payment was deducted from my bank account and NO delivery was made of paid items. When I checked the App it stated that I canceled my order; which I did not. The App took forever to gain access to and when I called the help line(via the App) it tells me the number I dialed does not exist. Since the App upgrade I've find it quite a nuisance and not very convenient.
