Pathetic sixty60

Very disappointed, I will never order from sixty60 anymore. Placed an order worth R1400 for my family Christmas lunch groceries, order went through, promised to deliver 8-9am. After more than 5 hrs of waiting only to find my order cancelled and my money not credited. I called the help line and I was told that money will be credited in my app within 24hrs which might be way after Christmas, pathetic
