Pathetic service received from Brookside mall checkers Sixty60

checkers60 Sixty - mind you this order was for an elderly - i placed an order for and delivery was scheduled for 12pm, order was delivered to the wrong house-we called to report that we did not receive our order bt app says delivered, only to get a call 3hrs later from the driver who was highly confused and asked if i ordered from Checkers liquor as well and how many bags were for me? like seriously? , then goes to fetch the order from the incorrect house and brings it to us. we rejected it as this had been tampered. I made numerous calls to the customer service number as well as to brookside checkers i have all the call recordings... and each time they advised that the will call me back but did not. I mentioned to them several times that they need to exchange the stuff in store and bring back stuff that were not delivered to the wrong house... they refused as it was not apart of their policy and procedures ... I was told that i had to reorder the stuff mind you valued at R1000 and wait for them to process a refund, which was only processed after 8pm because I kept checking on my end and nothing was done ... The elderly lady I ordered for was getting guests over and we were kilometers away from her and thought 60/60 was a convenience rather it became a major inconvenience... all I was told sorry about what happened but we have to follow procedure.... and didn't care that this was a mistake of their driver .... I am disgusted with the service I received being a long standing customer costed me time and airtime yet checkers 60/60 at brookside mall pietermaritzburg have no customer service ... 😑
