Pathetic service from Checkers hyper Kempton park 60/60

Never again will I order from 60/60 hyper Kempton Park. Placed my oder at 13:36. Was supposed to be delivered between 16:00 - 17:00. Shopping was done at 15:46. Phoned the helplines at 17:52 the helpline phoned the shop, the had technical difficulties and the shop was going to phone me back. Nobody phoned. Phoned again at 18:27 the helpline contacted the shop again promised they will phone me. Nobody phoned. Past 19:00 now … 3 hours from the initial delivery time and I still don’t have my products or any communication. I am also sure I will not receive my order today or any other day. Order ***
