Pathetic service from checkers 60 driver

Dear Checkers,

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your drivers yesterday morning. The driver was extremely rude and shouted at my husband and me, claiming we were walking too slowly when exiting the gate.

When we politely informed him that we would report his behavior, he brazenly told us to go ahead, which was shocking and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, which was blantly lacking in this interaction.

I'm disappointed that Checkers would employ staff who exhibit such poor customer service skills, particularly when interacting with elderly or vulnerable customers. I hope you will take immediate action to address this issue and provide training to your drivers on the importance of treating customers with respect and dignity.

I will be taking my business elsewhere if I do not see a marked improvement in the service provided by your drivers.
