Pathetic service

I placed 2 orders on 29 May 26 one was at checkers and the other at checkers hyper.My checkers order had missing order I report they funded my wallet to reverse it later now it under investigation for a week with no report.To top it all I waited for my second order the driver was not even in front of my house but he stated it's not the customer and took it back to warehouse.They charged me 50rand delivery fees for order I didn't receive only refunded the purchased amount.
