Pathetic customer service

They clearly do not value their customers, and their after-sales service is non-existent. I placed an order last week at 13:30 and was only given a delivery slot between 17:00 and 18:00 which I wasn’t happy with, but had no choice but to accept. The order still only arrived at 19:00, 5 and a half hours later.

To make matters worse, the delivery was incomplete, my coffee was missing and the bag wasn’t even sealed when it arrived. I contacted them immediately, and the next day they called saying they’d review the camera footage and get back to me. I gave them time, but days went by with no update. I eventually followed up myself, only to be told they wouldn't refund the missing item because the footage shows everything was packed. That’s unacceptable the bag was unsealed and there was no proper investigation.

They then claimed they would refund the delivery fee due to the late delivery. That still hasn’t happened. I emailed again, and as expected, no response.

The lack of accountability and complete disregard for customer service is shocking. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed.
