Pathetic customer service !

Placed my order at 12:30 and it's now almost 14:30 and I have not received my order. To top it off an item was added to the order after I placed my order which I paid for!!!! I called the store and twice the person who answered could not even transfer the call to the correct department. Eventually get through to someone who still cannot assist and the call was put on hold and then cut ! How useless ! They font even deserve 1 star!
