Pathetic Customer service

Absolutely pathetic service from @CheckersSA #Sixty60. Ordered 4x 2L OMO on special (2 for R199); delivered 1x 2L and 1x 3L but charged for 4! Called immediately, but told "no re-delivery." I pay R99/month for "convenience" but now I'm stuck waiting for a credit while the special runs out. Sent proof via email & still no reply. Is this how you treat loyal subscribers? Order #[***]. #CustomerService
