Overall Checkers delivery driver Aura.

So today I had a pretty Amazing experience with these delivery drivers of Checkers. and got a pretty good wake up call on how rude and indifferent they are towards people. I was treated like a lessor human being and heavily offended. I did keep the number plate of the one that had the most crude comments. My point is I'm not sure if they bring personal political values or personal opinions into their work environment. I feel I can approach them in a polite positive manner without having to have this experience from them. Reason being Checkers makes adds with DDP, Springboks etc. these entities represent south Africa in a unified collective happy positive manner but the drivers seems to represent something different. Although this was at norkem mall and it might just be due to poor management or training ( I mean pick n pay is going down for the same thing ) it might also be a general thing. Just be aware when you use the service the drivers might not have the greatest respect for you or your groceries please maintain your rights to be treated respectfully and just generally be more aware when you do need to order online and receive groceries. The conduct I experienced from these drivers is concerning so just a heads up. I had similar interactions with MR D guys and Uber guys etc and in comparison they are pretty well trained in conducting themselves when representing their brand, and I think all the training for the Uber guys comes directly from China and isn't even local but I might be wrong and they have training personnel here. So go for something like personal shoppers etc services they provide you might have a world of different experiences. And I mean that's what's life's about experiences give yourself the most positive ones possible and don't tolerate negative ones when you don't even deserve them. As for Checkers if you do see this, keep on doing what you doing, you will be sitting in the same corner as the mighty legendary pick n pay. South Africa has champions and a champion will start a new franchise again, we built different. Keep in mind it's my opinion sure, but regardless there's definitely concern behind such things.
