Over promising and under delivering

Unfortunately the service is only declining. I ordered just after 10 this morning, the delivery time is being shifted back every time I look. It now shows almost 14:00. I called the contact centre to cancel my order. I was answered quickly and the agent was very helpful. I was advised that she can cancel but the money will only be back in my account in 7 WORKING days. That is unacceptable. I spent quite a penny. This is how they keep us at ransom with bad service. I won’t be using them again.
