ORDERS FROM CHECKERS HYPER, ADDITIONAL R50 DELIVERY FEE

Since Checkers 6060 partnered up with Checkers Hyper I am no longer satisfied with the 6060 application.

Problems discovered with a recent order: 1. I ordered mixed herbs and italian herbs along with a few other items. There was a promotion on Robertson herbs and I was after the discount if I were to buy 2 products. The mixed herbs were available at Checkers but the italian herbs were only available at Hyper. (How on earth? Same type of product and brand?) 2. The Hyper total was below the R350 minimum so I had to remove the Italian herbs to continue with the order from 6060. (It came about that all the items on my order was available at 6060 except the italian herbs.) 3. I missed out on the reduced price, since I needed no other Robertson products that were available at 6060. 4. HAVE ANY OF YOU NOTICED THAT YOU GET CHARGED A DEFAULT AMOUNT OF R50 FOR DELIVERY FROM HYPER? 5. I suspect that a second tip would also be applicable for the 2 deliveries?

I am hoping that my.post on this site will ensure that my query gets responded to since I have yet to receive a respjndmse to a email I sent to 6060 some time ago.
