Order placed and paid for but no delivery or refund.

I'd give it a zero if I could.

I've placed an order with checkers sixty60 today; payment was deducted from my bank account and NO delivery was made of paid items. When I checked the App it stated that I canceled my order; which I did not. The App took forever to gain access to and when I called the help line it said there are technical issues and to try the app later, I tried today it's still not working. Why allow us to place and pay for orders if your system is broken.
