I Placed an order and recived confirmation that it will be delivered at 2:35, around 2:30 i received a confirmation that it was delivered, the driver was promise yet my mother never received the paarcel, this is extremely frustating and I am seeking urgent assistance. What security measures are in place before handing over the parcels, should your driver verify the recepitent and confirm who placed an order? I expect my order today without any further delay or alternatively a full refund to be processed immediately,the current service is unacceptable!!!!!!
