Order not delivered

Today we Ordered some few things including drinking water for the baby's milk. 2 hours later I called customer service and spoke to a white lady that sounded like she works next and somebody asked her to answer the phone. Not very helpful. I called the store and the manager confirmed that the order is just waiting to be picked up by the driver. 30 minutes later the order has been cancelled. Why don't you tell us you have a backlog before we process the order so we can make alternative plans.
