Order not delivered

I placed an order because I needed the items ASAP, and I paid, nobody gave me any type of communication until they told me it was returned to the store. I kept on tracking the progress, and I have witnesses for this. My order was returned to the store when I reordered I was told about the next day, when I requested for a refund to come to my bank so I can order food to eat somewhere else I was told about 3 to 5 business days. When I called customer service, the advisor gave me the stinkiest attitude and put me on hold for over 15 minutes before she dropped my call. Now I don't have food and money stuck somewhere. I also want my delivery money of the delivery I never received. Poor service, poor customer service. Angry and hungry customer!
