Non delivery refunds

They take my money for an order in 3 seconds but when they cannot deliver due to a strike from their staff ...DUE TO GRIEVANCES..... they take 5 days to refund me .....WHY?????WHY?????..... so now my kids must go to school hungry......not good enough
