No form of communication to their customers

Im highly irritated with checkerssixty60, I placed an order last night at 8:00 for delivery today at 9 am . It is 11 am no communication to inform me listen we are busy however we are aware of your order , called the help line did hold on for 11 min just for an agent to tell me they will escalate my order... not even i will call u back . Really man all we need is communication
