No Drivers Available

I placed my order at 7h45 this morning, my delivery was pushed back to 2pm...after no order came by 14h45 I called in and was told that my complaint has been escalated. I called in again an hour after. After 5pm I recieved a call saying there are no drivers and my order is canceled. The things I ordered were for my mom's birthday which is tomorrow. Please inform your clients when you are having trouble with drivers so that we can make arrangements for an alternate store. There are no stores open at the moment and I am stuck. This truly has inconvenienced me guys. Thank you to Zinhle and Sean for helping within their means.
