Never Ending Story...

I ordered groceries yesterday and again today. One of the items, was not delivered yesterday, so i ordered it again today. Today it was again not delivered.

I tried to click on the "Send Us A Query" part on your app (yesterday & today) and it does not work. I then tried to call you.

I dont have any airtime and needed you to call me back, wanting to discuss my two orders, but no one answered my call. It just kept playing music and saying "i am very important to you"...ok

How am i supposed to get into contact with you, if all avenues are broken...?
