My profile showing my details and someone's

Ticket *** I have log a case with your support with no resolution. My Sixty60 app is showing my details and someone else details and this is a very important case as this is a violation of POPIA act.

How do you take this lightly after I've told you that someones else details appear on my profile worse i can see their bank details . I've reported and followed up but you still not doing anything to resolve this issue. Ive logged out and in serval times hoping this will change still same for 3days now.
