Money taken by Checkers and forever lost

Took R598,89 and a R 20 tip off my account on 15 May 2026, never delivered the goods and it has been impossible to get it back. How can a big company like Checkers not know that they have deducted from a client. I have made about 5 calls, spent hours and still I cannot get my money back.
