Money deducted and no order

So basically I did an order through the app but and payment was taken but no order number or anything so I called the call centre to query this but they also cannot see the order when I asked them what happens now they said that the order will be canceled how can the order be cancelled when it’s not even showing up under my profile ? Really not happy with this did I just look money
