Missing order, no refund.

I have been using their services for some time now but I have encountered several delivery issues with drivers failing to follow simple instructions as to where they need to leave my order.

My order has been delivered and left at the gate according to the drivers on a few occasions and were ****** while I specifically asked for my order to be left inside my yard. I have reported that issue several times and it was handled accordingly. Today however, I got endless calls from the customer services but the matter wasn’t resolved, they kept contradicting each other with the driver and I didn’t get paid back the money I lost with the order I didn’t receive. According to the driver he left it outside (he even sent me a picture to prove) while the office one of the consultants said he left it inside my yard as instructed. This level of incompetence is astounding.
