Missing items still charged on invoice = ***** and theft at scale against the ppl of SA

Missing items every time. This company commits theft and ***** at scale because on most deliveries there have been missing items that are nevertheless charged and appear on the tax invoice. Never once received all items as promised. Every single order has problems. Also the 60- minutes thing is BS. Average wait is around 3 hours even if the store is under 5kms away
