Missing items

So I was ill the other day and couldn't physically visit a store. I put cold relief meds in my virtual basket. The driver delivered my things but when I looked in my bags my cold meds were no where to be found and I've already paid for it. I won't use Checkers delivery again. Might as well hire someone else to do my shopping next time.
