Missing item

The Reef branch does not check appliances before delivery. Last time I bought a fan, and was not working. I had to run around looking for Checkers Hype to get a return.

Today I ordered a kettle that is delivered without a cap. I am told to return it. However, I am currently not in a state of catching a taxi, and I explained to the agency that it is impossible. She keeps insisting that there's nothing they can do about that. If I were able to go to the store, I wouldn't have ordered online.
