Losing a Loyal Weekly Customer Checkers Silverlakes

Extremely disappointed with Checkers. I received dead flowers and was told they can’t be returned online, forcing me to go back to the store - completely defeating the purpose of online shopping.

This is not a once-off. I’ve previously received stale macaroni pasta, rotten Asian salads, and damaged canned chickpeas. I shop weekly, but this repeated poor quality and inconvenience are unacceptable.

Checkers has failed on both quality and reliability. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
