Left a bitter taste in my mouth

Placed an order on the checkers 60 app. Driver collected at 13h29 and 2 hours later no delivery was made. Tried calling the call centre that stupid voice recording depleted by airtime as I was on hold for 7 minutes being told irrelevant nonsense!!!! 2.5 hours later a representative called to apologize for the inconvenience and advised that the driver was involved in an accident and that my order was damaged and would be returned to me wallet. Still nothing!! I need my money back from checkers 60/60. They service was a terrible one.
