Late deliveries, no stock

Over the past few months I cannot think of 1 delivery that was not more than a hour late at least. Most frustrating is that they have specials where you buy 2 to save a certain amount and then only 1 item is in stock. This means you pay full price for the 1 and no discounts allowed. Iv also noticed that you don't get credited with delivery fee anymore if delivery is late. Always praised this service but it is on the way down
