Items not available on app

The Albany white bread is always out of stock on the app. I have reported this via all the channels... email and X. Responses are dismissive unhelpful. I have physically stood next to the bread on the shelf while looking at the app showing the bread out of stock.

Ironically the bread is shown as on special on the app.

Find this to be frustrating but also anti competitive behavior.
