Incorrect product, credit request declined

I ordered a product, got the incorrect product and when I requested a credit, I got declined, even though I can prove that I got the wrong product that is cheaper than my order. Now I have to travel 25km to go get my refund or credit. Instead of making life easier, they are making everything so inconvenient.
