Incomplete items delivered

I sent my complaint by email two days ago but of course I was totally ignored. I have pasted it below.

I am not at all impressed with the order I received from Checkers today. There are certain items I ordered specifically because they were on special. I don't know whether the picker did not read the quantities properly or whether there was not enough stock as nobody bothered to pick up the phone and ask me whether they should proceed with certain items, provide alternatives or cancel them. Instead of saving money, I have in essence lost money because I could have opted to purchase the items at a discounted price elsewhere instead of being mislead and ******. I would understand if the items were calculated at the discounted price but that was not done. I expect my second pack of nappies as well as my other 2 packs of Libresse pads to be delivered as soon as possible. Re-calculate and deduct the correct amount for what I ordered. Alternatively, collect the short items and provide me with a refund and I will make the purchase for those items at a different store.
