I want my refund and not this alternative

I placed an order " Confirmation of order ***A" and ordered Penne as one of the items on the order. I sent an email to the email address that was shared on my email and expressed how unhappy I am that my penne pasta was replaced by a whole wheat fusilli pasta. I was on the app tracking the app and I didn't get the option to select an alternative so I am not happy with the whole wheat pasta. I do not want this whole wheat pasta as it wasn't chosen by me as an alternative and I want my refund back! Checkers cannot force me pasta I don't even know. Someone please contact because I want my money.
