I never received my orders

On the 31st of July 2024 at 14:50pm I received a message from Checker60 confirming that my order was delivered yet I did not receive my order. I immediately called the delivery guy Shingirai Mukarombwe and asked him where he left my order and he kept on insisting that he dropped it off while he hasn’t.

He drove back and still **** and insisted that he dropped left it by my bin then the story changed and he said he asked our neighbour to give us the order.

Why is it my neighbour’s responsibility to give me an order from Checkers60? The neighbour denied receiving any order from the delivery guy and there is no evidence proving that my order was delivered there. And why was it delivered elsewhere when my address is correct on the app?

This isn’t the first time I have issues with this service, a few weeks ago one of the delivery guys left my order outside my yard and one of the residents stole it before I could walk out to collect my order and I was credited for that order. This is such an inconvenience for a service that is meant to be convenient.

I called the helpline and 3 hours later I am still waiting for the “escalated” complaint to be attended to. This is utter nonsense.
