How many hours to none delivery

There is no winning. You made me wait more than 5 hours for my groceries ordered through 60/60 today. Then you asked me to choose substitutes and you did not even look for the substitutes. It took me less than 40 seconds to choose substitutes because I was already in the app watching your progress and you then immediately declared what was in stock out of stock on both items…. You did not even look… and then immediately you were ready to deliver….. you now feel you have done everything you can to affect restitution but who should pay for my bank transaction fees and waiting time. You failed today and I have been left with no opportunity to fix the situation because you wasted even my time to be able to do so. I am tired or your stories because it is just that… insincere stories…. Your apologies should be far more stellar…. Like actually bring the outstanding items by special delivery so that you are more incentivised to not mess clients around because it costs you to much… apologies are an insufficient business model for an expensive store making huge profits.
