Horrible service for blocking account

They sent through items that are not even fresh and smashed and expect us to eat and expect us to eat those even though I ordered alpt of stuff it should be packed nicely when I asked for a refund they blocked my account when they see too many items a problem they have an issue the last time a manager called me was absolutely rude I cannot believe how they have such people working there as contact centre managers
