Helpful Agent, but Frustrated with Return Process

I had a great experience with the Checkers call centre agent—very professional and helpful with my query. However, I’m disappointed that there’s no return option on the app. I bought a gas heater that’s now giving me issues, but was told returns can only be done at Hyper stores. Since I work during the week, I was hoping to schedule a return through the app, but that’s not available. Can’t they assist me considering my situation?
