I recently submitted a refund request via the app regarding a disappointing experience with items received from Checkers and request that the credit be issued to my account accordingly.

The samoosas delivered were completely inedible and had an unpleasant taste—far below the standard one would expect from Checkers.

In addition, I have ordered the grilled chicken on several occasions, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve received undercooked meals. I have refrained from raising it previously, but I feel it is now necessary to lay a formal complaint. Consuming undercooked chicken poses a serious health risk, and I still have the most recent pieces should you wish to collect them for inspection.

I am genuinely concerned about the apparent lack of care in preparing cooked food. Where is the quality control? With conventional ovens and timers in place, food should not be removed before it is fully cooked. Are staff not checking whether meals are safe and ready for sale?

I trust that this matter will be treated with urgency and that corrective action will be taken to ensure customer safety and satisfaction
