Great service from 60/60 call center lady called Rishen - thank you

I had an issue with my checkers 60/60 app and called their helpline. I will be honest that I did not expect to speak to the most competent friendly lady called Rishen via a call center as it is generally not a great experience with some of these call centers. She was really next level and called me back twice to ensure that my app was now working.
