Exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE from Heinrich R. (Checkers Sixty60 Customer Care Department). We were not able to access our app to process orders plus had an issue linking our Xtra Savings Card. We contacted Checkers Customer Care Department and was assisted by Heinrich R. The issue was going to take some time to resolve which he clearly explained to us and committed he would follow through. We were pleasantly surprised that Heinrick R. firstly listened carefully to what our problem was, escalated it internally with the IT department, kept us updated all the way via email and ensured we were able to access our App with all our information being correct and our Xtra Card Savings linked. Thank you, Heinrich R. and your IT team we can truly confirm that we are a happy Checkers Sixty 60” customer and appreciate the excellent service received.
