Glass in Checkers Tomato and Onion mix can.

I found 2 pieces of glass in the Checkers brand Tomato and Onion mix can. Discovered this after cooking and adding the Checkers mix ,and I only discover this after biting into the glass and breaking my tooth. I then later discovered a second piece of glass which resulted in throwing all the food away. This is extremely dangerous and can be fatal, if kids or elderly were eating this.! Now I must find out what the expense is, to fix my tooth from this dangerous negligence!
