After deliverIing half my order, granted once notified you acted quickly refunded me and still followed up to apologise. BUT now my account has been de-activated, and has been for 36 hours, while the risk department investigate. So you refund me apologise and then de-activate my account while the Risk department takes it's merry time assessing the problem.
