Foreign object in my package

Hi, my order number was *** on 02 May 2026, Item was 5kg frozen thighs.when I open the package it was thighs mixed with wings.my order item i selected is thighs only. Now when I call the help services the lady says no I will have to bring back the item. So I could not waste petrol by taking an item to checkers Springs mall.i did not have time cause I was preparing to go to work. All I need its a refund because a wrong item was delivered vs the item I selected on my order.
