Faulty gazebo I'm very unhappy

I am very unhappy with online checkers 60 I ordered a gazebo yesterday and my fiance opened it immediately when it came only to find out that the poles are missing I called instantly help desk spoke to many people that didt do anything 4 me I am still waiting my credit back in jy wallet they had the nerve to ask me to send pictures of the gazebo and will have someone collect it before they can refund me if almost R1000 this is not fair being a loyal customer and they make as if you are lying people be careful of them if issue not resolved I will take matters further with the ombudsman they want to keep yr money bunch of ******* reference number ***
