False advertising

What happed to me is false advertising and it cost me a great deal of fuel having to hop from one store to another because of incompetency! The photo on Checkers 360 and the product (a car seat) are not the same!! I had to hop from one store to another, with one store being over 40 minutes away from me; and they all showed me this product that is not what I saw online. A manager from this store said they'd get back to me, which they didn't!! Very frustrating service!
