FAIRLURE TO DELIVER THE CORRECT PRODUCT

I placed an order a week ago and the incorrect product was delivered- ( Simple truth soy milk), I called and notified checkers sixty and they assisted me and asked for pictures as a confirmation and they came back to me today and advised that I have to return the milk to the store for a full refund. Mind you I bought 6 packs of 6 milk- and I paid delivery and a tips - but now I am expected to go the shop - what's the point of placing an order on the app? if I have to go to the store still? ( I was told I can keep the milk or give it away cause it's food surely the store cant accept such to be returned cause anything can happen- people can die here) but I was then yet again to bring the milk to the store- BECAREFUL OF WHAT YOU BUY AT CHECKERS IT MIGHT BE SOMETHING THAT AN INDIVIDUAL KEPT AT THEIR HOME FOR A WEEK OR SO AND YOU HAVE TO USE IT. Well yesterday again and incorrect product was delivered, I fought and a driver was sent to collect the nappies and bring the correct one- however the driver brought the very same nappies which I don not want and I received a call from the store to advise that they dont have the product I placed an order for on the store and they are not sure why it shows on the app and I was told thats the head office problem as if the head office is spar- like really! stay away from checkers food! you never know where they have been
