Failed Promise

I made an order on the app at 12:59pm on Sunday, 25 May 2025 and it's been over 20 hours right now and I still haven't received my order. The app says that they're waiting on a driver for an entire hour now. I had guests that I couldn’t cater to as I was waiting for the order yesterday. I'm extremely disappointed as their 'Delivery Promise' is turning out to be a joke. Definitely not a pleasant experience. Hopefully they can deliver my order sometime today in good condition.
