Extremely Bad Service from Checkers Sixty60

Extremely bad and uncaring customer service. Around 10 July 2026 I ordered food items from Checkers Sixty60 (Ticket ***). They delivered rolls that had a fly inside the packaging. When I asked them to redeliver they refused because for them refunding me would be sufficient. This was despite me asking them what, in their view, should I now eat with the chicken viennas I had ordered along with the rolls and other items. They said there was nothing else they could do. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Their service and attitude has increasingly become toxic and all-round unacceptable, including the poor quality of items delivered. We use them for convenience, but they seem to bring more problems than solutions. I immediately installed a competitor's App for my future orders.
